Certified Home Inspector

Wil Fambrough is a trained and certified home inspector who in 2004 completed a 60-hour intensive course under the auspices of the Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI). Of the 20 participants in this training course, he received the highest score in the class on the certification exam. As well as 20+ hours of continuing education per year, completing the certification course given by the National Association Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) each year has further augmented Wil's training. NACHI is the largest association of practicing Certified Home Inspectors and is recognized worldwide.

His prior experience includes being Project Manager for Masterpiece Builders of Woodstock, GA overseeing the construction of as many a 6 homes simultaneously from ground breaking to closing plus multiple commercial building projects. In the past, he has also worked as a subcontractor for State Farm Insurance handling fire and casualty claim restoration work.

Palm Tech Software enables the inspector to immediately enter items, as found, into a wireless PDA, simultaneously generating the inspection report as the inspection is being performed. There is no dependence on "paper note taking" which must then be later manually entered on a post inspection basis. The end result is that nothing found and noted during the inspection is forgotten. Reports with color pictures can be generated and printed on site or emailed in PDF format.
